As the leader of Blue Sky Legal, Devin has a wealth of experience in developing cross-channel plans for owned, earned, and paid media, as well as coordinating response management across call center and sales organizations. Before this, he served as the Chief Marketing Officer for Baron & Budd, P.C., a national plaintiff law firm, where he led an in-house team of 13 professionals and managed the firm’s marketing and direct-response advertising and intake efforts.
Devin has also held leadership positions at prestigious agencies such as iCrossing, imc², and Omnicom Media Group, working with top brands including Bank of America, FedEx, Hertz, Hilton Worldwide, HP, Mary Kay, Omni Hotels, Travelocity, and Wells Fargo. Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated his ability to develop and execute effective marketing and sales strategies that drive business growth and increase marketing ROI.

Jason is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in advertising, digital marketing, and web development. He has built a team of talented advertising professionals to service various legal clients at Blue Sky Legal. Before this role, Jason spent a significant portion of his career at the digital agency imc², where he held the position of Director of Technology and worked on clients such as GlaxoSmithKline, Eli Lilly, Omni Hotels, FedEx, Proctor & Gamble, Dannon, Pizza Hut, 7-UP, Hawaiian Punch, A&W Root beer, and Canada Dry.
Jason was also previously the President of SmashOrbit, a marketing, development, creative, and lead generation agency, where he provided a complete solution from concept and design to execution and development, with industry experience in Legal, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Travel/Hospitality, Pharmaceutical/Health, Restaurant, and Retail. He also served as Senior Director of Technology at Moroch Partners, leading the development team in implementing both front-end and back-end development.
