Justice for Brain Tumor Victims
In a decisive step toward justice for women suffering from brain tumors allegedly linked to Depo-Provera injections, Judge M. Christopher Seeger (Seeger Weiss) will serve as Lead Counsel alongside Co-Lead Counsel Bryan Aylstock (Aylstock, Witkin, Kreis & Overholtz) and Ellen Relkin (Weitz & Luxenberg), forming the powerful nucleus that will champion the fight for women whose lives have been devastated by meningiomas and other brain tumors reportedly associated with this injectable contraceptive. Christopher Paulos (Levin Papantonio) will serve as Plaintiffs’ Liaison Counsel.
